PROCESSING OF YOUR SALES
• Conduct your sales transaction with the same due diligence you would in a normal everyday cash transaction.
• Ask the buying member for their Business Network Inc. membership card so you can record their account number.
THREE WAYS TO AUTHORIZE TRANSACTIONS
ONLINE:
• Once you have logged into www.businessnetworkinc.com website, click on the Authorizations.
• Select the company you are selling to by clicking on the red SEARCH button or you may enter the buyer's 12-digit account number in the PURCHASER FIELD. Once selected, enter the description of what was sold in the DESCRIPTION FIELD. This is the information that will display on yours and the buyer's statement. Be as detailed as possible. Enter the Amount (enter in your local currency amount such as 1200.00 in US Dollars) and click on the Authorization button.
• You will either receive an Approval with the authorization number, or Declined notification.
TELEPHONE AUTHORIZATIONS:
• Call 1-800-519-3676 and follow the voice instructions. Remember to have your 12-digit account number as well as the 12-digit buyer's account number on hand.
• You will either receive an Approval with the authorization number, or declined response.
EMAIL AUTHORIZATIONS
• Send your authorizations to:
* The body of your email message needs only FOUR lines of detail.
* Sellers Account number [12 digits – 991011000501] and Company Name
* Buyers Account number [12 digits – 991011000501] and Company Name
* Transaction amount [no commas, just decimal point for cent amounts]
* Description = 40 characters list any pertinent information such as invoice #'s etc.
* You will receive an email confirmation or decline notification immediately.
